The Watch is a professional military journal published by United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) for foreign allies and partners to include senior military leaders, government officials, and academic professionals. The goal of the publication and website is to strengthen U.S. security partnerships and provide an international forum to address global homeland defense issues and challenges.
The opinions expressed do not necessarily represent the policies or points of view of USNORTHCOM or the United States Government. The Secretary of War has determined that publication of this journal is necessary for conducting public business as required by the Department of War by law.
